The Beneficiary PRO-IT sp. z o.o. is implementing a project titled:
“Innovation Implementation in Product and Non-technological Areas by the Applicant’s Company”
as part of the Operational Program of the Lubelskie Voivodeship for the years 2014 – 2020,
Action 3.7 Increasing the Competitiveness of SMEs
Project objectives: the implementation of product and non-technological innovations, and the enhancement of the Applicant’s competitiveness on the domestic and international markets through the introduction of a new product – a chatbot system utilizing machine learning technologies.
Planned project outcomes: as a result of the project, a new e-service called Pro-Chat will be introduced. This e-service will constitute a comprehensive IT system provided in the Software as a Service (SaaS) model via the Internet to the client’s device. The new offer (Pro-Chat e-service) will be offered on the international market.
Project value: 3,237,114.00 PLN
European Funds contribution: 1,842,260.00 PLN
Project implementation period: 01/01/2021 – 30/06/2022
